Cursillo means "a short course" in Christianity. During the three days, those attending listen to talks given by various people, both lay and ordained, on the subjects of ideals, grace, obstacles to grace, piety, study, action, and more. The talks lead to lively small group discussion and activities. The weekend is filled with spirit as participants learn, pray, share, sing, laugh and live together as a Christian community in action. Cursillo weekends are held separately for men and women, and are usually scheduled once a year, in the fall. The weekends are held at the Duncan Conference Center. Altar Guild
